1. Connect with prospective students through phone calls, emails, or online platforms to understand their educational background, career interests, and learning needs.
2. Provide clear and detailed information about the company's programs, including course curriculum, duration, certification, fees, and potential career opportunities after completion.
3. Guide students in selecting the most suitable program that aligns with their career goals, interests, and skill development needs.
4. Address student queries and concerns by providing accurate information and personalized counseling to help them make informed decisions.
5. Explain the value and benefits of the programs, helping students understand how the course can support their career growth and professional development.
6. Encourage interested students to enroll in the program by building trust and maintaining professional communication throughout the counseling process.
7. Assist students in completing the enrollment process, including registration.
8. Follow up with students who have shown interest but have not yet completed their enrollment, ensuring consistent engagement and support.
9. Maintain detailed records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment status using internal tools.
10. Work in a performance-driven environment while focusing on helping students achieve their educational and career objectives.
11. Collaborate with internal teams such as admissions, marketing, and student support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled students.
12. Build and maintain positive relationships with students to create a supportive and professional learning environment.
