1. Connecting with prospective students through calls and follow-ups using assigned leads
2. Understanding student requirements and providing accurate academic guidance and course information
3. Supporting lead generation and conversion activities to achieve assigned targets
4. Communicating professionally with students and parents to address queries and concerns
5. Maintaining and updating lead and interaction data using MS Excel and Google Sheets
6. Collaborating with the team to improve counseling effectiveness and conversion outcomes
7. Managing time efficiently to meet daily tasks and performance goals
