Description:


As an accounts manager intern, you'll be the face for our clients, owning relationships, driving adoption, and ensuring every customer experience is smooth, productive, and value-driven. You will be the primary liaison between clients and our internal teams, advocating for user needs and ensuring the timely resolution of issues. Your role is key in improving retention, growing account value, and building lasting client trust.
1. Own the end-to-end relationship with customers from onboarding to renewal.
2. Proactively engage clients via calls and email to ensure active usage and satisfaction.
3. Deliver product walkthroughs and ongoing training to help users maximize platform value.
4. Track engagement and usage metrics to spot risks and intervene early.
5. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and other teams to deliver seamless solutions to client needs.
6. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities and route them effectively to the sales team.
7. Log and report insights from customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
8. Maintain detailed and timely records of interactions in our CRM system.
9. Update leadership with customer health metrics, churn risks, and success stories.
