2. Innovative content creation: Develop fresh, viral-worthy ideas to promote job openings, career advice, and Talent Corner's brand identity.
3. Prompt engineering: Master the art of text-to-video and image-to-video prompts to achieve high-quality, realistic, or stylized results.
4. Video editing: Perform basic post-production (trimming, adding captions, background music) using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and recruitment teams to understand the target audience (candidates and clients).
