1. Assist in designing and building agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for AI automation and multi-step reasoning pipelines.
2. Support development of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems integrating enterprise knowledge sources.
3. Help architect state management logic for stateful AI workflows combining vision models and language models.
4. Implement tool integration patterns connecting computer vision outputs, LLMs, APIs, and business systems.
5. Monitor and optimize LLM API usage, including prompt optimization, batching, caching strategies, and cost control mechanisms.
6. Assist in curating, validating, and versioning datasets for computer vision and predictive ML tasks.
7. Support development of predictive models, classification systems, and anomaly detection use cases for enterprise intelligence.
8. Implement logging, monitoring, and observability frameworks (e.g., LangSmith, MLflow) to track model performance, drift, and cost metrics.
9. Contribute to workflow automation and integration of AI/ML systems with enterprise platforms via APIs and microservices.
10. Document model assumptions, evaluation metrics, limitations, and performance benchmarks for production readiness.
