Description:


1. Conduct one to one Ayurvedic consultations via video calls chat or voice calls
2. Understand customer concerns and recommend appropriate product combinations
3. Provide guidance on lifestyle diet and holistic well being based on Ayurvedic principles
4. Represent the brand as its Ayurvedic expert and public face
5. Appear in product videos Instagram Lives and other marketing content
6. Build trust with the audience by sharing authentic expert backed advice in a relatable manner
7. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop scripts articles and reels on Ayurveda beauty and wellness
8. Validate Ayurvedic claims ingredients and formulations used in products
9. Train teams by delivering structured product knowledge sessions
10. Gain in depth knowledge of brand offerings ingredients benefits and USPs
11. Support customer support and sales teams with Ayurvedic insights to improve communication and conversions
12. Contribute to formulation feedback competitor research and new product ideation using Ayurvedic principles
13. Stay updated on emerging trends in Ayurveda and holistic wellness
14. Build and nurture a strong brand community
15. Engage with customers through webinars Q and A sessions and comment interactions
16. Develop a loyal customer base that trusts and connects with the brand's Ayurvedic foundation
