We are looking for a business consultant to support customers using our fintech SaaS platform, gather functional requirements, and ensure smooth onboarding and adoption. The role bridges clients, product, and engineering teams.
1. Engage with fintech clients to understand workflows, compliance needs, and integration requirements.
2. Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
3. Provide functional support on product usage, configurations, and issue resolution.
4. Assist with onboarding, training, and guiding clients on best practices.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and support product enhancements.
