Description:


1. Lead generation & prospecting: Identify new sales opportunities, research leads, and initiate contact via cold calling, emails, or networking.
2. Sales process support: Assist experienced sales representatives with presentations, demonstrations, upselling and closing deals.
3. Customer engagement & Relationship Management: Welcome customers, understand their needs, and provide product information, maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up with potential customers.
4. Administrative support: Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate sales records (CRM).
5. Market analysis: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
6. Training participation: Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and sales meetings.
7. Learning & development: Observe senior sales staff to understand techniques, product features, and company sales processes.
8. Goal achievement: Work towards meeting daily/monthly individual and team sales targets.
