Description:


A. Lead handling & customer interaction:
1. Call and engage with inbound leads received through ads, website, and WhatsApp.
2. Understand customer intent, preferences, and purchase motivation with empathy and confidence.
3. Handle chat-based conversations on WhatsApp with clarity, warmth, and professionalism.
4. Guide customers towards store visits or next steps without sounding pushy or transactional.
B. Relationship building:
1. Build trust-driven conversations, not scripted sales calls.
2. Represent Nivara's values- honesty, elegance, and respect- at all times.
3. Maintain a strong follow-up discipline while keeping conversations human and relevant.
C. WhatsApp & email marketing (Training included):
1. Get trained on WhatsApp broadcast campaigns and email marketing formats.
2. Execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns once a week under guidance.
3. Assist in basic customer segmentation and message personalization.
D. Internal coordination:
1. Share customer insights and objections with the sales and brand teams.
2. Update lead status and conversation notes accurately.
