SkillOrbit is seeking a motivated and empathetic career counsellor intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to career guidance, client engagement, and professional development within a dynamic EdTech environment. The intern will work closely with clients to help them identify career goals, overcome challenges, and make informed career decisions.
1. Conduct one-on-one career counseling sessions to assess clients' skills, interests, strengths, and career aspirations.
2. Design and deliver personalized career development plans tailored to individual client needs.
3. Provide guidance on job search strategies, resume building, interview preparation, and career transitions.
4. Support clients in identifying and addressing barriers impacting their career growth.
5. Collaborate with the Career Counselling team to plan and execute workshops, seminars, and networking events.
6. Manage assigned client caseloads and ensure consistent follow-up and progress tracking.
7. Coordinate with external partners, institutions, and industry professionals to create additional opportunities for clients.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging career paths, and job market developments to deliver relevant guidance.
