Description:

Conversely is looking for a motivated channel partner support intern to contribute to our partner success initiatives. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to delve into the operational aspects of managing and supporting a crucial partner ecosystem. You will be instrumental in addressing partner needs, streamlining communication, and ensuring a seamless experience for our valuable collaborators. This is a remote internship opportunity; however, candidates are required to visit our office on alternate Saturdays for team meetings and collaborative sessions.
1. Respond to and resolve partner queries efficiently, escalating complex issues as needed.
2. Assist in onboarding new channel partners by providing necessary documentation and initial guidance.
3. Maintain and update CRM records with accurate partner information and interaction history.
4. Support the creation of training materials and resources for partner enablement.
5. Contribute to basic data analysis to identify trends in partner inquiries and support needs.
6. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure partner satisfaction.
