We are looking for a detail-oriented or experienced Compliance Officer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all relevant financial regulations and corporate governance standards. If you have a strong background in compliance and a passion for maintaining high standards of regulatory integrity, we want you on board!
1. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and statutory requirements for portfolio management and stockbroking
2. Assist in preparing and submitting compliance reports to regulatory bodies
3. Monitor industry changes and update the team on evolving financial and corporate regulations
4. Draft, review, and file important company documents related to operations
5. Maintain corporate governance practices and ensure all statutory records are up-to-date
