1. Visit assigned properties across four designated destinations.
2. Cover all key aspects, including interiors, exteriors, individual rooms, common areas, and amenities.
3. Upload photos in real time to the company's cloud drive in a structured and organized format.
4. Ensure proper file labelling and categorization for easy access and publishing.
Maintain daily communication with the operations team for updates, task alignment, and feedback.
5. Provide real-time feedback and insights during shoots to align with content and marketing goals.
6. Ensure timely submission of all images for each property to support prompt publishing on the website.
7. Assist in managing the flow of deliverables to meet publishing deadlines.
8. Collaborate with the team to plan, coordinate, and execute property shoots aligned with the broader content and marketing strategy.
9. Build and manage daily shoot itineraries to ensure efficient coverage and adherence to timelines during on-site execution.
10. Capture 200-500 high-quality images per property using a high-resolution smartphone.
