As a customer service/customer support intern at Grexa AI Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in English proficiency (both spoken and written) and client relationship management. You will be an integral part of our team, providing exceptional support to our customers and building strong relationships with clients.
1. Partner with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and craft a tailored onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long-term success.
2. Lead insightful, value-driven product demonstrations and follow-ups that empower clients to confidently integrate Grexa into their daily operations.
3. Continuously monitor client engagement metrics to identify opportunities for optimization, proactively intervening to enhance platform adoption and satisfaction.
4. Act as the strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless resolution of operational needs while driving continuous improvement.
5. Champion the voice of the client by collecting rich feedback and delivering it as actionable insights to influence product development and service innovation.
6. Strategically identify growth opportunities within accounts, advising clients on how to unlock more value through advanced features and tailored solutions.
7. Own the client journey end-to-end- building trust, ensuring value realization, and guiding accounts from onboarding through renewal and expansion.
