Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission
Clean, organize, and format raw data as per given guidelines
Review and correct errors, duplicates, or inconsistencies in datasets
Maintain proper documentation and naming conventions for files and records
Follow data confidentiality and security guidelines at all times
Coordinate with the team to clarify data requirements or resolve discrepancies
Track task progress and meet daily/weekly data entry targets
Prepare basic reports or summaries when required
Ability to adapt to different work when required
