A. Floor plan accuracy checks:
1. Verify 2D floor plans against site measurements and client requirements.
2. Check room dimensions, wall thickness, door/window placements, and circulation flow.
3. Flag mismatches, errors, or impractical layouts.
B. Architectural accuracy in 2D & 3D drawings:
1. Review drawings and 3D views for structural alignment and feasibility.
2. Ensure 3D designs match approved 2D drawings and BOQs.
3. Validate furniture sizing, clearances, lighting layouts, and storage logic.
C. Design consistency & specification review:
1. Ensure consistency across drawings, 3D renders, BOQs, and material specs.
2. Validate finishes, colors, and hardware selections against approved concepts.
3. Flag deviations from client-approved designs or cost estimates.
D. Site quality checks during execution:
1. Conduct on-site inspections at key milestones.
2. Verify workmanship quality for carpentry, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and modular installations.
3. Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
E. Coordination & issue resolution:
1. Act as a technical bridge between clients, designers, and execution teams.
2. Clarify drawings and resolve design-execution mismatches on site.
F. Documentation & reporting:
1. Maintain structured reports on design reviews and site observations.
2. Track revisions, approvals, and execution alignment.
