1. Track sales performance across stores; identify fast movers, slow movers, and gaps.
2. Create stock movement and replenishment plans based on data.
3. Plan inter-store transfers to balance inventory and reduce stock ageing.
4. Coordinate with store teams for demand insights and execution feedback.
5. Work with the warehouse to ensure timely replenishment and fulfilment.
6. Prepare weekly merchandising reports highlighting opportunities and risks.
7. Support seasonal launches with smart allocation planning.
