A. Administration & operations:
1. Maintain founder schedules, coordinate travel, events, and internal meetings
2. Ensure smooth day-to-day studio administration
3. Help document internal processes and track team deliverables
B. Business development support:
1. Align calendars, schedule and prepare for BD meetings
2. Assist with proposal preparation, pitch decks, and follow-ups
3. Attend key meetings to take notes, track actionable, and ensure timely execution
C. People & culture:
1. Assist with end-to-end recruitment (job descriptions, scheduling, screening)
2. Coordinate with department heads on hiring and team structuring
3. Help nurture a positive and high-performance work culture
D. Strategic support:
1. Be the sounding board and right hand for the founders
2. Step in wherever needed, be it idea execution, campaign planning, or team coordination
Compensation:
Candidates who successfully complete the internship and are selected for a permanent position will receive a fixed salary of Rs 25,000 per month
