1. Track daily team performance by monitoring submissions, timelines, and client allocations.
2. Flag delays proactively and provide daily operational summaries to leadership.
3. Draft, send, follow up, and close service agreements within defined timelines.
4. Collect GST details from new clients and manage job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter.
5. Track invoices and follow up on collections.
6. Execute LinkedIn outreach to founders and HR leaders for new hiring mandates.
7. Run email campaigns for client acquisition using AI tools for personalized outreach.
8. Drive weekly B2B conversations with qualified prospects.
9. Automate JD drafting, resume summaries, and client communication workflows.
10. Build operational systems using Google Sheets, Notion, Zapier, and similar tools.
11. Identify inefficiencies across processes and propose automation-driven improvements.
12. Act as the first line of execution for founder-led initiatives.
13. Take ownership of operational tasks from initiation through completion.
14. Support rapid scaling by ensuring day-to-day business continuity.
