Description:

We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and communication-focused franchise lead generator to support our franchise expansion initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to lead generation, prospect qualification, CRM management, and coordination with business development teams. The candidate will play a key role in identifying and generating potential franchise leads to support business growth.
1. Generate and qualify franchise leads through online platforms, inbound inquiries, outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
2. Handle inquiries received via websites, portals, social media, and advertisements.
3. Conduct initial screening and qualification of franchise prospects.
4. Maintain and update lead details, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
5. Coordinate with business development and franchise sales teams for lead handover.
6. Schedule meetings, calls, and presentations with potential franchise partners.
7. Follow up regularly with prospects to maintain engagement and interest.
8. Track lead conversion status and prepare daily/weekly lead generation reports.
9. Support franchise marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
10. Collect market feedback and insights related to franchise interest and demand.
11. Ensure professional and timely communication with all prospects.
12. Support senior team members with ad-hoc franchise development tasks.
