Job Title: Full Stack Engineer - React, Next.js, Python & Generative AI
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid / In-Office) Experience: 0-1 Years Employment Type: Full-time (Internship for first 6 Months)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in UI/UX, React, Next.js, and TypeScript, along with strong backend skills in Python and Flask. The role involves building end-to-end web applications, integrating Generative AI services, and delivering high-quality user and developer experiences.
You will work closely with product, design, and AI teams to build scalable, AI-driven applications. Using AI coding helping tools.
Also, able to develop and convert UI/UX designs based on requirement.
Key Responsibilities
Frontend
Build responsive and performant web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Implement SSR / SSG patterns using Next.js
Hands on Figma and Convert Figma designs into high-quality, reusable UI components
Manage frontend state, API integration, and error handling
Optimize frontend performance and accessibility
Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
Backend
Develop and maintain backend services using Python and Flask
Design and implement RESTful APIs for frontend and third-party integrations
Integrate Generative AI APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Handle prompt engineering, AI workflows, and response parsing
Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, sessions)
Design and optimize database schemas and queries
System & Collaboration
Own features end-to-end (frontend backend AI integration)
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code across the stack
Implement logging, monitoring, and error handling
Participate in code reviews and system design discussions
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers
Required Skills
Strong experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript
Solid proficiency in Python
Hands-on experience with Flask or similar Python frameworks
Good understanding of REST API design and frontend-backend integration
Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
Exposure to Generative AI platforms (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
Understanding of JSON-based AI prompt and response handling
Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, sessions)
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar UI libraries
Familiarity with background job systems (Celery, RQ)
Docker and basic deployment knowledge
Understanding of scalability, caching, and performance optimization
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines
