As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Krazio Cloud, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve assisting the HR team with various tasks and projects, providing support in recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations. You will have the chance to interact with employees at all levels of the organization and contribute to the overall success of the HR department.
1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing materials, conducting orientations, and coordinating training sessions.
3. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
4. Help with planning and organizing employee events, meetings, and training sessions.
5. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents.
6. Assist with employee relations activities, such as conducting surveys, collecting feedback, and addressing concerns.
7. Utilize MS-Office skills to create reports, presentations, and other documents to support HR initiatives.
