1. Maintain accurate records of all financial and accounts-related transactions.
2. Prepare basic financial and accounts reports including profit & loss and balance sheets.
3. Assist in budgeting, tracking, and monitoring company expenses.
4. Reconcile bank statements with internal accounts and track discrepancies.
5. Organize and manage financial and accounts documentation.
6. Support invoice processing and track payments and receivables.
7. Ensure compliance with financial policies and maintain confidentiality.
8. Will report to the HR Manager and Founder of the company.
