Identify key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring leads using LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Analyze and interpret data to create meaningful business, client, and market insights.
Maintain and update accurate company and prospect information in CRM tools and internal databases.
Support the business development and recruitment teams with research inputs for new partnerships and hiring mandates.
Track market trends, upcoming projects, and business opportunities across targeted industries.
