Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Operations Intern to support our operations team. In this role, you will assist with various operational tasks and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that improve our business processes. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in operations management, project coordination, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement:
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Help document workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with team members to analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
Project Management Support:
Assist in managing and coordinating operational projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Help track the progress of ongoing projects, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Support the operations team in organizing resources, scheduling meetings, and tracking project milestones.
Vendor and Supplier Coordination:
Help manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of goods/services.
Assist with procurement activities, including orders, invoicing, and maintaining vendor databases.
Ensure timely follow-up on delivery schedules and resolve any logistical issues.
Administrative and Operational Support:
Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and organizing files.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documents for internal or external meetings.
Perform general office duties and assist with other operational tasks as needed.
