1. Respond to inquiries and provide information about available properties and services.
2. Assist customers with making reservations via calls, email, or the website.
3. Process payments and confirm reservations.
4. Upsell additional services and F&B to increase revenue.
5. Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer interactions in the company database.
6. Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
7. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
