Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation: Draft engaging copy and design basic visuals (using tools like Canva or Adobe Express) for Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
2. Community Management: Monitor comments and messages to engage with our followers and maintain a positive brand voice.
3. Trend Spotting: Keep a pulse on emerging trends, sounds, and memes to ensure our brand stays relevant.
4. Scheduling & Logistics: Use scheduling tools (like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later) to maintain a consistent posting calendar.
5. Reporting: Assist in gathering weekly analytics to see what worked, what didn't, and why.
6. Video Support: Assist in filming and editing short-form video content
What We're Looking For
1. Digital Native: You live and breathe social media and understand the nuances between different platforms.
2. Strong Writer: You can pivot from a professional tone on LinkedIn to a witty one on all social media platforms
3. Visual Eye: An interest in photography, videography, or graphic design.
4. Self-Starter: You don't wait for a task list; you bring ideas to the table.
5. Currently Enrolled: Ideally pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
Bonus Points For:
1. Experience with CapCut or Premiere Rush.
2. A personal side project (a blog, a YouTube channel, or a curated IG grid).
3. Knowledge of SEO basics.
