1. Manage and support the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback coordination, and offer management
2. Source candidates for technical, product engineering, and executive roles across levels
3. Deliver a stellar candidate experience by creating thoughtful, engaging, and transparent recruitment journeys
4. Proactively identify and resolve recruitment challenges using data and insights
5. Seek regular feedback from candidates and stakeholders to continuously improve process efficiency and effectiveness
6. Ensure accurate usage of internal dashboards and tracking tools
7. Support initiatives related to candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment operations
8. Take a data-driven, process-oriented approach to solving operational challenges and improving scalability
