As a Tour Conversion Manager intern at Gharpayy, you will play a crucial role in converting potential leads into loyal customers. Your main responsibility will be to engage with customers in English, providing them with exceptional service and assistance throughout their journey with us - 'Help Us with Physical Planned Tours'.
1. Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails to convert leads into bookings.
2. Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to customers based on their preferences and needs.
3. Communicate effectively in English to ensure a clear understanding of customer inquiries and concerns.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion rates and meet targets.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
6. Continuously seek feedback from customers to improve our services and offerings.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to make informed decisions and recommendations.
Role Mission Resident Conversion Manager
You are the physical face of Gharpayy. Customers arriving at the property are already qualified and scheduled. Your responsibility is simple:
Turn visits into move-ins.
