Description:

Conversely is seeking a passionate and driven UI/UX Development Intern to contribute to our product development lifecycle. This remote internship offers a hands-on opportunity to apply your foundational UI/UX knowledge to real-world challenges, working on projects that directly impact our users. You will collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams, translating user needs into intuitive and engaging interfaces. While this role is primarily remote, the successful candidate is required to visit our office on alternate Saturdays for collaborative workshops and team meetings.
1. Develop mid-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features and improvements.
2. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of our design system components and guidelines.
3. Assist in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting findings to inform design decisions.
4. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand project requirements and technical constraints.
5. Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and analytical data.
6. Help ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital products.
7. Present design concepts and rationale to team members in a clear and concise manner.
